Easy peanut butter cookies are just that, easy. So easy, even the kids can make them.
I just found out that these cookies are my oldest granddaughters
favorite cookies. I knew she didn't like chocolate but I had no idea that peanut butter cookies were her favorite.
I baked some of these cookies just before my granddaughters came to spend the night and they were gone by the next day.
Everyone was eating them, including my husband who doesn't really care for sweets.
I'm thinking I will have to make these cookies more often.
Hope you enjoy them as much as my family did.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
You will need a large mixing bowl, a one cup plus a 1/2 cup plus a 1/4 cup measuring cups, a fork, cookie sheets, and a wire rack to put them on to cool off.
Make sure you have everything before you begin.
This recipe will make about 60 cookies depending on the size you make them. If 60 cookies is to much, try cutting the recipe in half but if your family is like mine, you won't need to. Enjoy!
When I made these cookies when my grandkids came over, they were a little bigger than an inch so it didn't make as many. We got about 40 cookies instead.

MarthaStewart has a great alternative to these peanut butter cookies that adds baking soda and vanilla and I think you might enjoy it.
