Below is a recipe for a healthy smoothie that my brother drinks. He drinks it every morning because it's high in protein and keeps him going all morning.
Start your day off right with a breakfast protein smoothie and you will have a great day!
You
will need a good blender, a one cup plus a 1/2 cup measuring cup, a one tablespoon, a spatula, and your smoothie glass.
Make sure you have everything before you begin.
Blend all ingredients together until smooth. You might have to scarp the sides of the blender to make sure everything is blended well. Pour into your favorite smoothie glass and enjoy a great morning!
If you like your smoothies cold, you can always add 3 or 4 ice cubes.
If you are looking for a really good blender, I recommend the Ninja Blender. I use it everyday and it's amazing. I can blend everything at once and it crushes the ice into snow within a few seconds.
Don't forget to try my peanut butter banana smoothie. Not only is it delicious and nutritious, they're also a lot of fun to make.
