I love a peanut butter banana smoothie. There are so many combinations of fruits, juices, and other ingredients you can add to make them taste amazing.
I don't eat enough fruits and vegetables so this is an excellent way of getting them.

will need a blender, a spatula for scarping the sides of the blender and a glass.
Make sure you have everything before you begin.
Depending on how strong your blender is, you can mix first 5 ingredients together until well blended, scarp the side of the blender with the scapula and then add the remaining ingredients until it is well blended and ice is crushed. You might have to scarp the sides more then once to make sure everything blends well. If you have a strong blender you will be able to blend everything at once.
I use the Ninja Blender. which is amazing. I can blend everything at once and it crushes the ice into snow within a few seconds.
This peanut butter smoothie with bananas tastes awesome and will make about 2 1/2 glasses depending on the size of your glasses.
* I use the V-8 Fusion Raspberry with Green Tea but any type of juices will work.
If you like chocolate try adding about 2 heaping tablespoons of cocoa to give it a chocolatey taste. You can also substitute the peanut butter ice cream for chocolate or any other flavor you like. I find adding ice cream gives it a creamer taste.
