Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies also known as Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies are great for adding chocolate to your peanut butter cookies.
This is a cookie favorite amongst kids. They love to decorate them with the Hershey's kisses.
With so many different flavors of Hershey's kisses, try a few different candies for the center.
The Peanut butter, Meltaway Center or Air Delight candies are my favorite.
You can also add other chocolates to the center, like chocolate hearts for Valentine's Day or chocolate bunnies for Easter.
There are a lot of different chocolates you can try, be creative and see what you can come up with.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
You will need a large mixing bowl, a one cup plus a 1/4 cup measuring cup, a teaspoon plus a 1/2 teaspoon, a spoon, lightly greased cookie sheets, a wire rack and an air tight container.
Make sure you have everything before you begin.
Store these Blossom Cookies in an air tight container and they should last about a week.
I found adding the kisses as soon as the cookies came out of the oven just melted them. They tasted awesome but looked like a pool of chocolate in the center of the cookie, as you can tell in the picture below.
