These Peanut Butter Chip Cookies are great for family gathering. It's a large recipe so it would be great when making treats for a big crowd.
I have made them at Christmas time when the whole family is together. These peanut butter cookies have always gone over well with great reviews.
It would be great to decorate these cookies with melted peanut butter wafers drizzled over top, or chocolate sprinkles decorating the top of the cookies. If the chocolate sprinkles are added as soon as the cookies come out of the oven, they would stick to the cookies. you might have to press them into the cookies a little but they would add a great decoration to the cookies.
Want to add some color to these
cookies, try melting colored wafers. Red and blue wafers would be great
to make for the Fourth of July holiday. Or red and green for Christmas.
Try them at your next gathering, bet there isn't any left!
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
You will need a large mixing bowl, a one cup plus a 1/2 cup plus a 1/4 cup measuring cup, cookie sheets, and a wire rack to put them on to cool off.
Make sure you have everything before you begin.
This recipe will make about 60 cookies. It's a great recipe to please a lot of people.
