Peanut Butter Smoothie & Milkshakes

A peanut butter smoothie is great on a hot summer day, however, a peanut butter and banana smoothie or peanut butter milkshake will be awesome on any day of the year.

If you're relaxing in your back yard on a beautiful summer day, you may start thinking about a nice refreshing drink.

Peanut Butter Paradise's smoothies and milkshakes will be just the thing. They're easy to make, refreshing and the perfect thing to cool you off.

Try a peanut butter banana smoothie or a healthy breakfast smoothie for a special treat. Not only are they delicious and nutritious, they're also a lot of fun to make.

Which Blender Works Best

This is a matter of personal preference. There are a lot of blenders on the market but they are not all the same. You want something with a lot of wattage. The higher the wattage the stronger the blender will be and for crushing ice you need something strong. I have worn out a lot of blenders that weren't strong enough to crush the ice.

I use the Ninja Blender. which is amazing. I can blend everything at once and it crushes the ice into snow within a few seconds.

They aren't that expensive and I bought mine for about $100. They are well worth the money.

Adding More to Your Peanut Butter Smoothie

You can add pretty much anything you want. My suggestion would be to try adding just one or 2 things at a time.

Try items like:

  • frozen fruits
  • fresh fruit
  • acai juice
  • ice cream
  • almond milk
  • honey
  • chocolate syrup
  • frozen yogurt
  • soy products

You can also add some garnish like, whipped cream, a cherry or 2, shaved chocolate, a couple of mint leaves, granola cereal, cinnamon , or whatever you like.

Don't forget to add some ice to make it thicker and colder. You can either crush it in the blender while making your smoothie or just add it after it's made.

Being creative is the best part. Make them healthier by adding some green vegetables, like Kale, a couple of mint leaves or any other green vegetable you like. They will go great in your peanut butter smoothie.

Peanut Butter Milkshake

Peanut butter milkshakes are so delicious. I like adding frozen yogurt instead of ice cream but either will work great.

Adding a little spice like cinnamon or mint leaves will add a nice flavor to it. Try experimenting with your smoothie or milkshake and let us know what you come up with.
