This is a very easy recipe for peanut butter truffles. Just 3 ingredients, cream cheese, icing sugar, and peanut butter. That's all.
I made these at Christmas and they were gone in no time. Everyone loved them.
This time I decorated some for Valentine's Day. They are so easy to make, you can make them for any occasion.
In the picture above I used red and pink wafers, Oreo crumbs, and melted chocolate. I wasn't sure how well the chocolate would stick to the balls, as it tends to run off easily, so I added a handful of peanut butter wafers to the melting chocolate, so it would stick better and it turned out wonderful.
You will need a large mixing bowl, a slotted spoon or fork if you are going to coat the balls, a double boiler or a medium bowl and sauce pan again only if you are going to coat the balls, wax paper, cookie sheets, and an air tight container.
Place the wax paper on the cookie sheet and set aside
If you want to add a coating to them, then you will need whatever you want to use as a coating.
