These super easy flourless, Sugar Free Peanut Butter Cookies taste fantastic with only 4 ingredients.
My husband isn't crazy about sweets so I promised him I would make him some peanut butter cookies that didn't have sugar in them. Well today I got into a baking mood and finally got around to making them and I'm really glad I did. They turned out awesome.
I would recommend them to anyone that can't have sugar.
You could omit the honey and make them 3 ingredient peanut butter cookies. They will turn out pretty much the same but won't taste as sweet.
Adding a 1/4 cup of oatmeal or raisins to this recipe would be something I would like to try. And maybe I will, soon.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
You will need a medium mixing bowl, a wooden spoon and a fork, a one cup measuring cup, a teaspoon, a large cookie sheet, an air tight container, and a wire rack.
Make sure you have everything before you begin.
This recipe will only make between 12 and 18 cookies, depending on the size of cookie. It would be a good idea to maybe double or even triple this recipe because they will go fast, they are just that good.
Store these peanut butter cookies in an air tight container and they should last about a week or so. If they don't get eaten within a week, I would put them in the fridge so that they last about another week.
I don't normally eat cookies with a sugar substitute, but when I first baked these cookies they tasted just like they had sugar in them. However, after about a week I could taste the difference. I would suggest to eat these cookies within the first few days and they will taste great.
